ETHICS CHARTER
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-02-01
This charter is mandatory for every approved Nutramilo partner (Bronze → Founding). It defines the framework for compensation, transparency, and compliance. Violations trigger a 3-step warning process and, where necessary, termination of the partnership.
1. I will not present or promote Nutramilo as medical advice or as a replacement for a clinician consultation.
2. My compensation is tied to educational outreach and community engagement — NOT to patient referrals.
3. I publicly disclose my Nutramilo partnership on every recommendation (FTC-style disclosure).
4. I comply with all local regulations (§299a StGB, French Code L.4113-6, Bulgarian ZPP Art. 245 and equivalents).
5. I make no off-label or unverified health-effect claims.
6. I protect patient privacy and never share data without written consent.
7. Violations follow a 3-step warning process; the partnership terminates on the third warning.
