ETHICS CHARTER

Partner Code of Ethics

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-02-01

This charter is mandatory for every approved Nutramilo partner (Bronze → Founding). It defines the framework for compensation, transparency, and compliance. Violations trigger a 3-step warning process and, where necessary, termination of the partnership.

  1. 1. I will not present or promote Nutramilo as medical advice or as a replacement for a clinician consultation.

  2. 2. My compensation is tied to educational outreach and community engagement — NOT to patient referrals.

  3. 3. I publicly disclose my Nutramilo partnership on every recommendation (FTC-style disclosure).

  4. 4. I comply with all local regulations (§299a StGB, French Code L.4113-6, Bulgarian ZPP Art. 245 and equivalents).

  5. 5. I make no off-label or unverified health-effect claims.

  6. 6. I protect patient privacy and never share data without written consent.

  7. 7. Violations follow a 3-step warning process; the partnership terminates on the third warning.

Regulatory context

  • § 299a German StGB — prohibits financial kickbacks for patient referrals by healthcare professionals.
  • French Code de la santé publique L.4113-6 — prohibits financial incentives for patient referrals.
  • Bulgarian ZPP Art. 245 — restricts non-transparent incentives for medical specialists.
  • MDR Regulation (EU) 2017/745 — Nutramilo is an educational tool, NOT a medical device.
