Question 1

What is Nutramilo?

Accepted Answer

Nutramilo is a digital metabolic intelligence and informed nutrition system. It combines four AI specialists (EndoBot, NutriBot, NephroBot, HemoBot), a meal diary, health calculators, and nutrigenomics to help you understand how your body responds to food.

Question 2

What is DIL?

Accepted Answer

DIL stands for Dietary Insulin Load. It's a scientific metric that measures the insulin-stimulating substrates in food. The lower a food's DIL, the gentler it is on your insulin budget. Nutramilo calculates a personalized daily DIL limit based on your weight, basal metabolism, activity, menstrual cycle, and health profile. Question 4

What AI assistants are available?

Accepted Answer
