Learn how to get the most out of Nutramilo — step by step
Open Nutramilo and click 'Register'. Enter name, email, and password.
If you're a doctor or dietitian, select the 'Clinician' tab and upload CV and diploma.
After registration, you'll be guided through a metabolic assessment — a short questionnaire.
Based on your answers, the system determines your metabolic phenotype (P1-P5) and creates a personal insulin budget (DIL).
