Nutramilo orders your own health data into a network of 20 twins for the separate systems of the body. The aim is not one more report but a visible dependency: what you enter, which twin receives it, how its score moves and along which connection that reaches the others. The platform serves an educational purpose — it does not make a diagnosis and does not replace a medical examination.
Twenty twins for separate systems, linked by more than 110 physiological dependencies. The network detects vicious circles — the chains in which one disturbance sustains the next — and points to the lever, meaning the one action that breaks the circle.
Thirty-one core markers in ten groups. Each marker is SCORED by exactly one twin, while the others USE it as context. A single value therefore does not raise or lower the score in several places at once.
Results are uploaded in one place. Parsing distributes them to the owner twin of each marker, while the „Laboratory tests“ twin measures only the completeness and freshness of your testing.
Ask in writing or out loud. The answer is built only from your data — scores, connections, vicious circles, latest lab values and profile. When the data is not enough, that is stated plainly. Any suggestion can be saved as a goal for the week.
Compose a meal and see the insulin load, the cortisol response, the blood lipid response and the renal load of potassium, phosphorus and sodium. Fourteen-day averages feed the scores for metabolism, heart, inflammation and kidneys.
One short entry of weight, blood pressure, hours of sleep and mood drives several twins at once. Where no other source exists, blood pressure scores the heart and the hours score sleep.
The conditions you confirm activate the matching KEGG pathways. Every pathway has an owner twin, so high pathway activity shows up in that twin's score and not only on the map.
Every twin opens a list of the markers it scores, the markers it uses, the sections that adjusted it and the biological pathways it owns — with a reason for each adjustment.
A twin with no input receives no score — no value is assumed. This is exactly what the „What drives the twins“ panel in your profile shows.
| Twin | The data that drives it |
|---|---|
| Nutrition | recorded meals, the plate simulator, the insulin load of your food |
| Laboratory tests | uploaded blood test results (completeness and freshness) |
| Heredity | heredity assessment, genetic variants |
| Microbiome and digestion | digestion questionnaire, stools, microbiome testing |
| Body composition | weight, circumferences, share of fat and muscle tissue |

| Stress and mood | daily entry, cortisol rhythm, mind and body practices |
| Heart and blood vessels | blood pressure, resting pulse, blood lipids, orthostatic test |
| Hormones and endocrine axes | hormone tests across six axes, cycle, short breast checks |
| Metabolism and insulin | blood glucose, HbA1c, insulin, HOMA-IR, dietary insulin load |
| Inflammation | hsCRP, ferritin, omega-3 index, gums |
| Movement | steps, active minutes, heart-rate zones, strength sessions |
| Liver | ALT, AST, GGT, bilirubin |
| Kidney health | filtration rate, urinary albumin, potassium, phosphorus, dialysis |

| Male health | testosterone, PSA, semen analysis |
| Breathing and oxygen | breathlessness, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, asthma and COPD |

The platform was conceived by Dr Ivan Inkov — breast surgeon and oncomammologist, founder and Scientific Director. The network mirrors the way he reads a patient: not organ by organ, but dependency by dependency.
